Who Are We?

Our Working Party originated from representatives of 20 member therapies of the British Complementary Medicine Association (BCMA), a highly respected voluntary organization in the field of complementary therapies.

Since our beginning, we've operated independently of the BCMA; staffed by volunteers; and with a separate legal structure, incorporating as a non-profit organization in 2010.

Our main aim is to operate a VSR Council that is truly representative of the therapies that it regulates; so each participating member therapy is awarded a seat on the Council and a vote on all decisions.
